Why do you care?
Because there have been a big increase in lobbys using this mod so it makes it annoying to find a real stealth lobby.
Is HYOG still a meme?
If it is: HYOG.
If it isn't: Why won't you be the host so the lobby is cheat free?

Fallout 4 console commands don't disable achievements. Or Skyrim, i think.
Some do - but they're also both
a) dedicated singleplayer games
b) primarily used by modders to test their mods or by players to fix things, if it's possible. It's incredible rare if non-existent for people to spawn, say, 1 billion gold in Skyrim just so they can buy everything they want.

I'd say because most people spawn the items they want directly than try to look for it. Hell, in Fallout I actually managed to unlock an achievement by spawning money. Have it on both Xbox and PC, PC my 'mess around for fun' copy and actually assumed initially console disables achieves because of the very nature of it.
Because they are as made for gaming as a fly is for philosophy.
You ask why? Most of it probably has to do with boredom. I truly applaud those who can stick to vanilla after any period of time. I haven't played vanilla in over 1400+ hours. Vanilla gets stale quickly, IMO

2750 hours here and vanilla gameplay only. I only use cosmetic mods.

Boredom? Then why use a mod that basically hands you the win on every stealthable heist on a silver platter even on the highest difficulty? You'll only be MORE bored than before.

It doesn't "hand you the win" ... Come on
If you use an easy mode mod and still don't win, that's sad XD

She's right though, it's pretty much handing you a win.
If it "hands you the win", You wouldn't have to worry about bodies laying around. You wouldn't have to worry about pathing. You wouldn't have to worry about being seen ... Ever

Still have to worry about those things and more ...

So, no, it does NOT hand you the win

It does. Killing all guards without alerting them is not a hard thing to do.

Well, you don't - just kill everyone and violá! And the maps ARE big enough that you can easily kill everyone without them ever noticing that someone else lays around dead.

So how many body bags are you carrying?

Who cares? Kill all guards, don't bother with bagging. No need for that.
If you really have issues even with this cheat, then it says quite a lot about how bad you are at stealth.

*Killing a guard*

*Bag the body*

*Killing next guard*

*Bag the body*

*Kill the rest of the guards, that are between you and the objective*

*Ignore static guards who have a conversation with the wall*
