It's one of the best skills around. 'Oh pftt 30% chance' your might say, but I tell you sir it makes a whole difference if you know what you're doing. Just think that feeble 40dmg weapon can suddenly do like 450dmg per headshot to a tan on DW. Or that 100dmg fire dot tick suddenly becomes 300dmg. It helps alot.
You don't need dodge for Low Blow. In fact, Anarchist with LWBV can go up to 270armor at the SAME concealment you can with suit with the right skills. In fact, it's fun when you join a lobby and you're modded for concealment and your LWBV has less DR than someone playing with a suit and dodge.
For basic low blow, try to get det risk less than 7 (which is at 27% crit chance). If you get aced low blow, you get max critical chance when your det risk is less than 25.
Additionally, Unseen strike (which adds crit chance) looks good on the paper, but is pretty rubbish in practice since the effect cancels out once you receive damage.
The critical multiplier is actually capped at 5x for dozers! Also, in practical terms, the 1.25x bonus of helmet popping changes that 7.5x into something like 9x for the actual headshot dmg.
