How to change the Refresh Rate?

I've downloaded PayDay2,and it's currently on 1080p 24HZ
i want to make it like 60.
I dont see any settings where i can do that.
I am new

Renderer settings. Go to run/search bar on windows, type %localappdata%, find payday 2 and renderer settings, iirc you can change it from there (never did it but I think some people said you can do it from there).

well if you have a 24 hz monitor its only possible to play at 24 fps

Just want to thank you as well. I didn't even know my refresh rate wasn't set to match my OS's settings until I looked at that file. Not only does the game look and feel a bit better, but it somehow fixed a seemingly unrelated problem I've had. Ever since I got a bigger monitor a couple months back, I've had black borders around the top and bottom of the screen in the game, even though I had the resolution set the same as my desktop. Now the black bars are strangely gone, thankfully.
