In the Jewelry store job, don't let the cops enter the jewelry store until the van comes back on OVERKILL difficulty or above. Unlocks the "DMR Kit AMR-16" and the "L5 Magazine" for the CAR weapon family, "Vincent" mask, "Feathers" material and "Dinosaur Scars" pattern.

It's an easy achievement. Either get some friends to do it or ask your lobby if they wanna try it. Got it on my first try just by having each player camp the 2 windows and front entrance. Even easier if you have good luck and one of the windows is blocked by a freight container or a bunch of sentries with AP rounds and few ammo bags to refill them.
