Difficulties past mayhem?

I got the game a few days ago and have played to a bit past level 50, and mayhem is still the hardest difficulty I have unlocked. A few of my friends who have played the game much more say they always remembered having all difficulties unlocked. How do I get the harder difficulties?

They unlock at level 80, if I recall correctly. Not 100% sure about one down, but death wish at least unlocks at 80.

Level up more. IIRC you'll unlock DW and OD at level 80. But please, don't do heist in these difficulty (at least in loud). It will be better for you.

Death Wish and OD are unlocked at level 80, but OD is not recommended until you get a lot more experience in the game

If you try to join overkill and above difficulty missions, you will be kicked out because how low your hours are
