Gun firing screen shake/Nausea

I've just come back to this after a long break (almost 2 years) and I've noticed the screen now shakes pretty violently when firing. I'm getting extremely nauseous because of it, to the point where it's impossible for me to play. Is there any way to disable this?

Cheers matey, I'll give it a go. Ideally I'd like it not to shake at all, akin to games like Fallout 4, but right now, even with semi-auto weapons, I can only play for a few minutes before it all becomes too much to handle.

Its almost unnoticable but as shown in the GIF, it reduces the gun's shaking animation, its more noticable with iron sights really

Ah, it's the actual gun animation, I see. I thought it was the exaggerated screen roll that the mod addressed, as that's what tends to make me motion-sick.
