That said - there's no option for blur in the game and I've not heard of mods to accomplish it, though they may exist.
Not the entire head turning to make everything blurry like most games do (because that's how Motion Blur is usually rendered)
Right, that's what I dislike. That sort of motion blur tends to make me motion-sick and turned around much more easily a I lose my bearings when looking around. You're right - a fast-moving object itself will blur, but our eyes do a good job adjusting to at least our own head and eye movement.
