Is there any easy ways to get infamous masks?

Crime Spree gives you more loot cards than playing normally, so I suggest that.

GoonMod lets you buy specific masks, both ones that you normally have to rely on RNG to get from card drops, and ones that you unlock but only give you a lifetime quantity of one (note: Qty:1 masks can only be bought once you've unlocked it).

Continental Coins are used as the currency to buy them. The rarer the mask, the more coins it costs.
And even if you uninstall GoonMod after, you get to keep the masks you purchased.

GoonMod requires BLT to work, and make sure to enable Extended Inventory and Coin Shop in the mod options once it's installed. The mod is no longer supported, but still works. If you're interested, Google can point you in the right direction as to where to find it (and BLT).

This is your best bet, however it's better to use the Extended Continental Coin Shop Goonmod Standalone V1.3[modworkshop.net]nowadays, since some people seem to experience some crashing with the old Goonmod full package, and all of it's notable perks are available via standalone mods.

Is it easy to install and uninstall? The only thing I want is the mask, so it would be nice if I could install it, get the mask and uninstall it.

It is. Installing and unistalling BLT and its mods is just drag and drop.
