Best tank, no concealment perk deck for heavy armor ?

We are talking mainly about deathwish, but it would be nice if the build could work in OD too.
ICTV is not necessary really (and i would like to have something that allows me to run faster), but the build should be all about tanking rather than dodge and will use 75 of concealment.

For the heavy medic role ?
Which armor oriented perk deck is better, armored or anarchist..or something else ?

After some thorough testing on DW/OD kingpin is becoming more and more my to go perk deck,those 6 secs along with a swan song is all you need to clear a room full of enemies with the right equipment.

Sound promising indeed.
I should start using the perk deck on higher levels and see how it works with snipers tho.
Is the 100% half armor heath regen applied after damage ?
if so...well it may ♥♥♥♥ up.


BTW...best perk deck for medic ?

Well if by medic you mean it like supporting the team overall rather than fighting you might as well give a try to Crew Chief the buffs are pretty good for your team.The other way to do this is with dodge/rogue and jokers theyre still pretty good as bullet sponges.
