With the current balance we have, i would make it have 250 damage ave armor piercing and have around 30 damage with low pickup, if the 5-7 is a light sniper then i would make the peacemaker the medium one like the nagant
This. I also struggled to remember the Peacemaker even existed.
Also, it's true but because of the newer firearms, there's almost no reason to buy the older DLCs now except for novelty, achievements, and such (oh and, they're at a "final" discount before the release of the ultimate edition). Free weapons being outclassed by DLC weapons? Okay, I'm used to that, not the other way around but that's just me.

Matever has better accuracy, can use laser/flashlight and with that better stability (if you need it)
Forgot to mention this was concerned about which revolver is better for a dodge build. Otherwise, you are right.
