ICTV Anarchist Frenzerker

I’m interested in trying a vulcan/shotty secondary combo for death sentence/one down. comment any changes that need to be made or post a link to the modified build.

My PERSONAL opinion on the build: and it may be wrong. So just go ahead and criticize

Mastermind:
- Quick Fix basic & Painkillers Aced: QF is more important due to the 10% less damage. Painkillers will be irrelevant, save your 2 points. TLDR: Either QF Aced or Painkillers Aced. Don't bother getting aced and basic for both
- Forced Friendship aced: Damage reduction will not matter when playing DS/OD related games. Hardly seen a build with aced version. The meta goes for joker basic and Partners in Crime aced.

Enforcer:
- Bullseye Aced: Not worth as you're trying to survive the game. Not trying to refill your armor like it means the world. Basic is sufficient provided you try to peek shoot once awhile (when you reload)
- Shock and Awe (missing): Armor keeps dying whenever you are shot. Getting this will recover armor faster by 25% (also considering aced for shield penetration with your vulcan)
- Die hard basic: irrelevant. your main job is to carry the heat with your threat of vulcan fire *insert minigun fire here*
- Transporter basic: Similar to diehard, you are already heavy with ICTV and vulcan weight. If possible leave it to your dodgy friends for the heavy ones.
- Scavenger basic: Removed for other skills (consider on your own accord)

Fugitive:
Frenzy Basic: DS/OD when you're revived, your HP will not be beyond the 50% HP treshold. You should be able to fire your way through and kill that damm bulldozer with swan song!!!
Additionally, the skill points are kinda insufficient to get there with the core skills. (Unless you wanna rework it)

Basic Shock and Awe does absolutely nothing for Anarchists.

I ditched the ICTV since my armour is going down in 4 hits and on top of the very slow armour regen, I lost skill points I could dedicate someplace else. I’m running anarchist suit with basic joker, partners in crime aced and confident aced. I took these tips into consideration, but I stayed with the molotov so I can armour gate in case i need to do an objective and also weaken the cops, further conserving Vulcan ammo. keep in mind the 1.5s cooldown of lust for life and the 2s invincibility after losing my armour under the anarchist deck. I’m keeping frenzy just for the constant damage buff under berserk aced, and for my locomotive to hit hard and at least give me some wiggle room if my Vulcan is out of ammo

Suit would need basic Iron Man & ace Frenzy if you want to survive sniper shot while having full armor (Or above 180 armor with suit).

At DW & DS, sniper damage is 240. By having both IM & Frenzy with suit, you only receive 180 damage while still sustain with 20 armor.

I am pretty certain that is not how the formula run.

Anarchist already convert 50% of your health, which left you with 115 health. Add in Frenzy which cap it at 30% would left you with 34.5 health.

If PIC is counted, it should be 130/100 * 34.5 which grant 44.85 total health.

then what about the total armour value? it says 240.8 in pd2tools (counting partners in crime aced). how do i calculate how much armour ill actually have?

230 > Player Original HP
1.3 > Partners in crime ACE provide extra 30% HP
115 > Anarchist Decrease HP
1.2 > Anarchist gain extra 120% Armor from Player HP
20 > Total Suit Armor
(230x1.3-115)x1.2+20 = 240.8 Armor

You can also use Frenzy ACE to gain nearly 250 Armor and 40% extra damage.
230 > Player Original HP
115 > Anarchist Decrease HP
1.2 > Anarchist gain extra 120% Armor from Player HP
20 > Total Suit Armor

因为重甲安娜琪在低难度是一个不錯的选择

That statement makes barely any sense. Assuming you have frenzy aced for a DR increase and iron man basic for a test case for the suit then you would get the following:
- two (2) shots from a zeal elite to armor break for suit
- three (3) shots from a zeal elite to armor break for an ictv

Both case a player would normally be abusing the 2 seconds of invulnerability every 15 seconds and be armor gating with the use of bulleye and passive perks from anarchist. I really don't see the problem with either.
