[CRASH] - Exception 0XE06D7363 - Please Help!

My game starts normally as it would be, then i try to enter/create a Heist it crashes before preplaning screen, during loading screen where it appears control keys.

When it crashes i doesnt pop up a crash window or somenthing like that, it just closes itself.

Apperently it hapen after I unistalled every mod ive got in the game.

I've tried everything i could and still doesnt work, please i beg for our help.

Already tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstaling from steam app
- Updateding drivers
- Administrator mode game and steam apa
- Updating .dll files
- Steam Overlya dissable
