This topic was created to give you guys some advices and help regarding crash issues you may have experienced recently. The following steps should help you to prevent most of these issues:

• 1) It is imperative to remove all third party mods in your payday 2 folder affecting the game in any way. How do i remove my mods?
  
• 2) Verifying your games files. How do i verify the game?
  
  
• 3)It is also advised to reinstalling your GPU driver for maximizing your chances.
  In the case you're still having issues, please inform us of your issue in the bug reporting section of the steam forums by creating a topic with its title indicating it's a crash and crash file being copied inside the topic. How do i find my crashlog?

Добрый день/вечер! Данное обсуждение было создано с целью дать вам советы и помощь с исправлением вылетов,которые произошли с вами недавно. Следующий шаги наиболее распространённые для исправления вылетов:

• 1)Очень важно удалить все файлы,которые могут как либо изменить игру.Также рекомендуется сбросить настройки модов и убрать модифицированные части(кастомные прицелы и прочее.) Какие файлы удалять и где они находятся?
  
  
• 2)Проверить целосность кэша. Как проверить целосность кэша?
  
  
• 3)Также вы можете переустановить драйвер вашей видеокарты.Если после этого всё равно происходят вылеты - создайте обсуждение в подфоруме bug reporting с приложенным крашем внутри. Где мне искать crash файл?

Solutions for recent crashes caused by game

1) It is imperative to remove all third party mods in your payday 2 folder affecting the game in any way. As mods such as Hoxhud or Wolfud can be prone to create issues , don't forget also to remove any pdmod bundlers and content inside your mod_override folder to reduce your risks of crashing).After it verify your game.(library - Right Mouse Button on payday 2 - properties - local files - verify)

2) Verying your games files through the steam properties option (right click on the name of the game in your library and select properties then local files) can also contribute to lower risks of crashes since this process puts all your files back in order

How to find your crash file:
1)press windows button + R at the same time.
2)type %localappdata%
3)open payday 2 folder(before open,turn on feature - show hidden files.)
4)open crash by notepad and copy-paste text in ur thread.
Please note that the file you should open is crash.txt.
Please post crash.txt.Don't post crashlog.txt or dmpd file without request.

1)удалить моды,которые у вас были установлены(Они находятся в ...steam/steamapps/common/payday(IPHPLAPI.dll,если используете HoxHUD - также удалите hoxhud.dll и папку hoxHUD,папки mods и mods_override,которая находится в папке assets)

2)проверьте целосность кэша(библиотека-ПКМ по payday 2-свойства-вкладка локальные файлы-проверить целосность кэша)

Как найти этот файл:
>Нажмите данное сочетание клавиш Win+R
>Введите в появившемся окне %localappdata%
>Откройте папку Payday 2 (включите просмотр скрытых файлов) .
>Откройте crash текстовым редактором и приложите его в обсуждение полностью
