Detonate-able C4/Shapedcharges/Tripmines
You need to press *insert key* to activate the trip mines even when placed on a safe or door instead of the trip mines just starting off emediatly. This can help if you accidently placed a trip mine on a door or if you wish to detonate the trip mines at a certain time or when far away from it.
This could give you some new techniques, strategies or even roleplays.

To keep it short:

Hold F to deploy c4, press *insert key* to detonate (you are able to detonate c4 even from far away)

And it's not a bad idea, it would be very useful.

Was originally supposed to happen, and it was supposed to be a weapon attachment for the tech. [You wouldn't be able to put a laser pointer, a flashlight, etc]

But that was back when Goldfarb was still part of Overkill.

But that was back when Goldfarb was still part of Overkill.

A lot of what Goldfarb would say would never happen though but he'd still continue doing it. He seemed to like saying stuff for the sake of it.

Best you're going to get since the C4 charges you put on doors and safes don't do any damage whatsoever so there's no point in having a detonator feature, and trip mines don't do significant damage to you if you're close to them when they go off, hell I can stand in front of a trip mine with the blast radius fully upgraded and take the it wearing the weakest ballistic vest in the game and not even lose 1/8th my health.

And with the desynch issues, you'd be wasting trip mines anyway since that Dozer you just saw right in front of it? Yeah he'd be outside the blast radius by the time you manually detonate it.

This feature would be pretty pointless if they ever added it.

1. You're an idiot if you fail to kill the bulldozer.

2. I never mentioned turning off the laser pointer in the trip mine.

3. It's all overkill's fault that the trip mine damage is low for players but high for enemies and that you are immune to trip mines placed on doors and safes. Atleast the hotline miami heist had some dangerous enemy trip mines and player c4.

4. I never mentioned how quick the trip mine detonates.

Fails to kill the dozer because of a desync? Ok, you join my lobby, you are running 2 seconds behind everyone else, so when you detonate, the dozer has already passed through and beyond the blast radius to everyone but you.
Gee you must have intelligence problems for a connection issue that you cant help. Or, how about this, just hear me out here - You dont, because its simple desync issue thats out of your control, when desync issues are perhaps the most widely known and reported problem with the game due to it being P2P.

The walk speed of a bulldozer would kill him/it if laser pointer is triggered.

But manual detonation would kill him/it 1 second behind.
A manual detonation at the exact point as the laser pointer would kill him/it too.
A triggered detonation is 1 second which would kill him/it anyway.
A 2 second delay would still kill him/it in other words.
