4 people with cable guy aced can't tie down the entire go bank. If you didn't buy bad music, you can't even tie don the entire nightclub with 4 people.
Nightclub without Bad Music has between 22 and 28 civilians... it's random again, so just hope for a small wednesday croud if you want to stealth it with the nice music and without bloodshed.
Am I the only one who ever tried to just clear the front of the bank so street civs, extra cops and extra gensec have nothing to be alarmed about?
I think: They should be a infinite amount but you can only fill up to as many as you had from start (2/6 with skill). The position should not be to "convinient" for example at bank rather next to the granade case then right in the copy room.
Discuss further :P
The skill got rebalanced to 6 from 8.... you have to factor in that 4 people CAN have this but at the same time not make it stupidly low so that it seems useless otherwise. More likely 2 or 3 may have it, as opposed to a whole 4. But still.
It got rebalanced from 10 to 6, so I think 8 would be just fine.
The thing is, like the saw, this is a circunstantial thing. Pretty much only needed in go bank.
The single player game (offline mode) is balanced up to Very Hard, with 2 bots only made for Loud missions, even then, hostages are un-necessary, because you can only trade them for bots. And bots cannot trade them for you.
Again, "Control Freak" resolves the issue, and you can spin a saw on the roof of the bank while looking up, and the hostages will not be an issue.
yes but when you play its boring standing there shouting, i rather take the penalty than mess around with the F button or running back and forth between the vault and the civs, its tedious gameplay...
They must be very heavy!
