Hi, I claim to delete this pattern.

Eastern Sunrise Pattern is definitely from rising sun flag, this is military flag of Japan, for detail, go to

To me, and most of people who live in South Korea, China, and many other country, This flag is considered extreamly offensive in countries which were victims of Japanese war crime.

In common sense in South Korea, rising sun flag almost same as Hakenkreuz flag, this is symbol of war crime, everyone hate that, Think about victim of 911 saw al-qāʿidah symbol.

I really happy delete this pattern, or at least fix it.

Well, it's not going to happen. Someone already claimed that the pattern was offensive when the game came out. Guess what happened? Right, nothing at all. Nobody cared but the OP. Even other people FROM HIS OWN COUNTRY thought he was pathetic.

I agree with Bindal. Some people are too sensitive. I am seriously getting impatient with people who demand censorship for everything that doesn't sit well with them.

I think that Overkill should delete this despite they have solid and strong reason to use this, I belive that 90% or more gamer who live in Korea and China, hate rising sun flag.
How many people really want to use it? I think not so much, but to some other people, it is too offensive.

Its not just the Middle East, there's probably very few places that cant think of a problem with 'Murica. Heck, I'm sure Canda probably does, but their just too polite to mention it.

I agree with the OP

Censorship is an issue but so is supplying players with culturally insensitive logos in the first place - if it was a swastika then I'm sure fewer people would be championing the devs decision and considering whether it's aesthetically pleasing or not.
