Petition to add the kingpin and little friend perk deck to the base game or scarface heist

overkill should add the perk deck and scarface's weapon to the base game or scarface's heist, since these 2 items are not subject to the license of the use of the character or his name since the weapon that tony uses in the movie is a m16 with a grenade launcher and the little friend in the game is a Heckler & Koch HK417 with a Colt M203 grenade launcher, therefore this is not Tony Montana's real weapon and the weapon in the game is not subject to the character's use license and really You can join the game by changing the name

and the perk deck does not exist in the movie, therefore, without any legal problem, it can be in the game just like the weapon.

overkill fulfills this request for those of us who do not have the scarface character pack

This would be unfair to players who bought the DLC before OVK unlisted it from sale.

You can still use the Injector in Copycat Perk Deck.

In the same way it is unfair since overkill brought back kingpin with copycat but very inferior but it is still unfair for those who bought the scarface dlc

I would rather kingpin get added as its own dlc. Give everyone the kingpin dlc who already owns the scarface character pack so it doesn't get bought again by accident.

Are you saying a new DLC that when you buy it they give you the perk deck and Tony Montana's weapon? Wouldn't it be easier to transfer those 2 items to the Scarface heist?

It would seem that both the game and the DLC are abandonware at this point, i'd reccomend using mods to fix all your problems.

No it wouldn't really be easier to roll them into the scarface heist dlc because that's then modifying that particular dlc. They would more than likely have to change the pricing of the pack. Better to be its own dlc.

overkill should really consider bringing back the kingpin and little friend perk deck to the game, they closed the possibilities of using one of the best perk in the game to many people who couldn't buy the scarface dlc (myself included) overkill can really bring back the perk deck and the weapon and satisfy many people who do not have the scarface perk or weapon

All that's left is the name, the Developers are all working under Starbreeze now, or just gone.

And you can forget about any of these thing you're asking for; Starbreeze can't even be bothered to properly fix all the bugs they introduced over the previous year, they won't listen to hundreds (if not thousands) of players asking them to make the Epic Games crap optional, so what reason would they possibly have to listen to you?

Hell, they dumped some of their longtime content partners while introducing Payday 3, people who brought them many new customers; what chance do you possibly stand of being heard?
You'd need hundreds of thousands of people to back you just to become a blip on their Radar...
