Maybe, But overkill could make it so that robbie rotten could use a robbie rotten mask that way the two chins could cancel each other out.

Robbie Rotten probably wouldn't work. I mean it's difficult to imagine the creators of the TV show for kids letting their character be a playable sociopath in a game about mass murdering policemen and swearing a lot. Best we could likely get is Stefan Karl portraying a heister, with a lot of actor allusion.

Definetly, I think they should try to get the creators to let us use robbie rotten. The show is over I believe and since robbie rotten is a meme now I think they could understand.

I'm not here to derail. Simply look around the forums. I don't need to spell out every single of those issues for you. That is something you are fully capable of doing on your own. But ones I can think off from the top my my head are: The uneven balance of the game, the optimization of the game, many glitches that are still within the game since release (wonky hitbox to saw door as ex.). There is a lot more and they are all way more important than including memes in the game.

Maybe you play for memes, but I play to play Payday 2. And I would like some of these issues and some more I didn't spelled out to be worked on and fixed. To me, while funny, a pack like this would be a huge waste of time considering we already have over 15 heisters already.

I could go on like this for a long while but to make it short, there is no way you can convince me that it is a GREAT and a MUST-DO idea at this point for the game.
