Janitors not working properly? incredibly frustrating.

Writing this because janitors on my recently unlocked/started space museum simply refuse to empty bins / clear litter in a particular spot. you can literally move an available janitor onto the bin, see the "empty bins" message indicating he has been assigned that task, and he will just walk away. This is the instance that I've noticed most clearly / has frustrated me the most, but janitors on all museums until now have been extremely whack. in the science museum all janitors (and some other staff) just don't obey or care about zones at all? and continue to gather in the same spot being useless when there is ♥♥♥♥ to be done all over the museum.

I love taking the time to arrange things in my museum to be perfect, given these issues I probably have to stop my journey with this game here for now, simply too annoying.

Tried deleting your zones?
Worked for me on Momento Mile when my janitors stopped doing their assigned jobs.

Thanks for taking the time to report this, sounds really frustrating.

I have a suspicion that the Janitors are having a hard time pathing around your museum. This is an area we have been working on to improve and we have several related fixes in version 2.0, which is in beta now which may help with this. It would be great if you could share your save file with us too so we can take a look at what might be happening?

Would you mind sending us your Two Point Museum folder to [e-mail] so that we can take a look at whats happened and fix it?

• To find it type %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\ in to file explorer - it is a hidden folder.
