What does the little star icon on enemies mean?
Sometimes while fighting there is a little 3 part "star" icon poping up on the enemies i fight.
It pops up right around the little circle you get to mark which enemy you are targetting and sometimes some parts are hollow and sometimes they are filled up.
I think sometimes they are even red... I'm sure I'm dumb for asking this but can anybody explain to me what it means?

That is when you are focusing on the enemy. Good idea to do with elites.

What does focusing mean in this context? Doesn't feel like a camera lockon.
