Is the game worth full price?
Is the game worth full price or should I wait for sale?

I'm considering buying either Space Marine 2, Wukong, or FF XVI but can't decide which one to get right now.

I don't know anything about Warhammer 40k but this game looks badass so I'm really interested.

Specifically I wanna know how good the story is compared to the other 2 games that I'm considering (without any spoilers ofc).

Thank you :)

for the average person?
$60, yes
$90+ not unless you're a warhammer fan.

If you want story, you'll get more mileage out of wukong, idk about 16.

Depends how much you think you would enjoy online pve ops and pvp and your tolerance for repetition, campaign is relatively short, Wukong is a good length, cant speak to FF.

All three are equally worth full price but it depends what you want to play. Wukong is souls-like so expect to keep dying on bosses until you learn the pattern, FFXVI plays more like Devil May Cry or Bayonetta but is still a FF RPG and this game plays like a mix between gears of war and god of war and has great multiplayer

i would get wukong unless you are a mmo junkie then get fin fan! i might end up getting space marine just so i can play another warhammer game but i am in no rush as the campaign size is horrible and its not very well written for a 49 jk game its just another generic shooter with too much hype !

I would say to wait. Just because. In my case, Game's not optimized for a I5 11600k (I Suppose), and movement is atrocious. Why? Not for parry mechanic or stuff like that. I literally cannot move for more than 2 second without repress the W key or aim or long press key interaction for that matter. IF they will fix this issue (at list for my end), i would gladily say this game is probably 9/10 if not 10/10. Story overall great and with a friends squad you probably will play it for a lot

Nah not really. I have fun with the game but I regret paying 75 euros for this. I wish I would have bought the normal edition for 45 at some key reseller. For 45.. it's alright I guess.

No, it's not. Wait til it's on sale

Just buy Wukong if you can only get one. It's going to be a lot of fun but it's not an experience like Wukong and doesn't have the longevity of other MP games.
Depends if you plan to play with a Keyboard/Mouse.

No game with such poor KB/M support is worth full price. You can't even walk slow, you have to jog or sprint all the time.

KB/M support is fine. People don't know what they are talking about.

Depends on how big of a fan you are. I'd go with Wukong for sure

So it's KB/M support problem. They will fix it at least?

After playing through Wukong, it's an awesome experience that requires a decent rig to bring out the greatness of. However, it can be played on some borderline toasters, so that's actually impressive from the dev standpoint. The story is great, the presentation is awesome and it is PACKED with content, but it is a glorified boss killing simulator. So if you like that, go for it.

FF16 I tried the demo and immediately pre-ordered it. Loved it, despite people calling it horrible because it isn't turn based lol.

This? I don't own it so no idea. From what I've seen? 40-50 is a fair price, but 80-90? No.

The game is fun, I love it, and well worth the full price, in my opinion.
As for which games to buy, it's really come down to personal preference because the three games you mention are different game genres.

Follow your instinct, I guess. :OrangeSurprise:

Wukong 100% you get way more value out of this game. Depends on how much you like games like this. SM2 has no content at all compared to wukong.
