All lethal is done but i have no reward
All lethal is done but i have no any rewards. I saw a bug fix of that in 4.1 but what should i do now to get something and what actually a reward is?

Maybe the reward was all the Raveners that hug you along the way...

No, seriously speaking, reward it one additional helmet. You can find it in armory.

Wait for 4.1 to drop. It's fixing the knee patches bug, I thought the Power Sword, dagger and Helm were not effected,

Latest patch didn't fix the decals bug on greaves for me. Sadge.

It's because they know you completed it post patch on the nerf lethal just kidding. I don't know why
