VAC and multiplayer?

I was stupid 7 years ago and used cheats in cs:go. I could start making excuses that it was all over the place back then and I was tired of fighting fair, but it's entirely my fault. In short, this is in the past, but I have been banned by VAC since then. Will I be able to play SM2 in PvE/PvP with this mark?

I don't think SM2 will run VAC. Most likely it will use EASY anti cheat like most other games do.

If it's like the ban I have as well, it's just a game ban. You'll have to do some pretty bad stuff to get fully cross vac banned.

The most annoying thing is that this only happened a couple of times. I realized that this was pointless and wrong, but I managed to “inherit”. Bravo Valve, their system really works

VAC bans don't usually apply across games. Valve might blanket ban you from all their games if you get banned in one of them. But even if Saber uses VAC you probably wont be banned already. But more than likely it wont even use VAC because all the multiplatform stuff these days seem to use Easy anticheat.
