In all the 20 years of lore and warhammer 40k books / art, I have never seen african black space marines. Now, if I want to play this game I am being forced to play one? even the imperial books and media show how bad the imperium is. There is this subset of 40k fans that completely ignore the fact that 40k is written to be a warning of the worse case scenario of humanity being destroyed by AI then having to survive by becoming a theocratic xenophobic empire where the quality of life of all citizens has to be low priority to survive this extremely hostile universe and inject their racist and purist conservative ideas in 40k that at its core, is directly at contrast to them.

ironic being that humanitys closest allies are the eldar who tried to stop the horus heresy from happening, saved them from capitulating by resurrecting rebute gilliman, tried to kill slannesh but was stopped by some racist marine, and potentially trying to save Khan right now.

so in summary: 40k has not, and never will be a source of racist, theocratic, purity ideas. It is about the horrors of humanity and the consequences of lesser evil choices. In the grim dark future there is only war.

These guys are so uneducated, ignorant and proud that they don't understand it, they believe that Warhammer 40k exposes their principles as ideals and that it is a right-wing utopia.

They believe that anyone who thinks differently is a risk to Warhammer, any dialogue or attempt at conversation outside of their narrative is impossible.

The problem comes that along with this they expose and spread their horrible ideas of white supremacism, neo-Nazism, machism and hate speech in general, they organize themselves in a discord or telegram group and "coordinate attacks" until they are banned and then they wait for remove the ban, create or buy alternate accounts and repeat the pattern again, they have been doing this for months

We hope that the release of Space Marine 2 brings new fans to drown out and ridicule the shameful opinions of this minority.

salamanders are a FOUNDING legion with coal black skin and a LIVING primarch and you haven't heard of them? seriously

potentially any chapter can have black space marines because you can recruit any human from any planet and run them though the space marine creation process with the chapters gene-seed.
