Hypothetically if a human female body was able to withstand the geneseed all you would get is a male looking Astartes almost the same as the male host ones with a slightly differently looking head. Anything visually female about them other than sexual organ would be gone and I'm pretty sure the process would remove the womb and ovaries as well or shrivel it up because its no longer needed. In armour there would be no difference unless they ended up with a small build which would then require entire new armory just for them which would be a unnecessary strain for the purposes of adding female Astartes to the ranks. Especially since SoB are a thing.

Basically there would be no point in any of this. As far as the models are concerned there's plenty of third party head options. Personally I like the look of some female Kriegsman models. :P

I'm pretty sure you're just looking at the Phobos armor (which is the 'lightest' variant of MK10 armor. None of the marines look "girly" lol.)

Yeah that's Phobos armour. With Primaris came new armory options and the new Mark X is supposed to be modular. Gravis armour is just Mark X with extra plates which can then be taken off to become Mark X Tacticus again or Tacticus can have pieces taken off for Phobos.

Tbh the main thing would be the official GW head sculpts. Be nice to just have some proper bits for that marine scale. Which I'm def all for, gimme more faces to paint without having to go and spend more on shipping and heads
