probably one of the operators from Battle Network, Lan, Mayl, Yai, Chaud. Would it be a stretch? Yeah probably, but i'd like it.

Also Gutsman.exe, or Glyde.exe to finally let Glyde do something for once in his life.

Anime exclusives feel unlikely as a rule. That said, Ciel is right there saying that normal humans with no fighting skills are still allowed to be playable in this game.

On that note, Falzar Beast Out Bass would've been awesome to see. Deserves to be in more than just an obscure arcade game.

To be fair, all her skill aren't direct attacks per see, and are mostly defensive in nature (what makes sense for her). Still, I get what you mean.

Anyway, with that said, I wouldn't mind also seeing a character like Kalinka in the game. She could have support skills based on Beat and the Claw from Mega Man 4. Or be more attack focused and summon Proto Man and Drill Man Programs to attack for her.

To be fair, Bass Cross MegaMan did takes cues from his brief appearance in Programs of Light and Darkness so we may as well break that rule to allow it.
