Fastest land vehicle?

Hey guys, wondering what the fastest land vehicle is, looking to re-create the Growler from Battlefield 3 by having a super fast skirmishing vehicle.

The harraser, specially if you put turbo and a racer chassis on it.

As mentioned, Harasser with turbo and racer chassis. Also make sure to max out your armor for it and to have an engineer main for your gunner for maximum lameness... I mean survivability.

Can't wait until the harasser nerfs go through. And I say that as someone who often plays the role of gunner/repairbot for friends when I'm not running LA.

I just wanna re-create the Growler from BF3, that thing was so fun to run around in with a couple friends. I dont intend on being annoying, just super fast xD

Doesn't matter, you will be annoying (to the enemy) whenever you pull a harasser with a competant crew and the right loadout. =p

Its a fun vehicle, just a little OP right now which is why there are some balance changes in the planning stage. Set up a harasser and enjoy it, its hard to be disappointed with em.

Changes are far beyond the planning stage, the Harraser is gonna get nurfed next week.
