Lots of screen tearing
When I play ps2 I always get screen tearing, tried to optimize using geforce but motion blur hurts my eyes, I have a intel core i5 4670k.
I have also used v-sync, different graphics settings ect.
Any help?

if you have vsync on and you are still having screen tearing then more than likely you have a program installed on your computer (like a media player etc) that is causing it to not function properly. For example:
last week all my games were perfectly fine no screen tearing or anything (had vsync on) then one day I decided to install VLC media player.. Since then every single game I own would have horrible screen tearing even with vsync on (as if it was still off). It would limit my fps to my refresh rate but still have tearing. After uninstalling vlc media player my vsync began functioning again. So I would look at when the screen tearing most recently started and what all you installed on your comp.. Also.. no it doesn't make since why my vlc program was causing vsync to not function as it wasnt on or anything.

Could it be anything like Nexus mod manager?
By the way, this is a brand new computer

I get screen tearing on most games but i just put on v-sync and it runs perfect, planetside 2 is different on the other hand, lots of screen tearing.

its most likely that geforce program. v-sync sorted my screen tearing. the geforce program just crashed my planetside when i used it about a month ago. only use it to check for driver updates now myself.

What should I do? delete the program?

try reverting the changes that geforce made and set the options to default in game and start there.
