I agree with Ishan as well however just to answer the OP's question anyway.

I suggest going VS if you have medium aim but trouble landing shots at distance due to bullet drop.

I suggest going TR if you have below average aim cause well, bullet hoses.

And I suggest NC if you have above average aim, but for goodness sake, stay away from NC if you have below average aim cause their weapons will punish you for it, they will however also be very rewarding if you have good aim. (I would consider myself average in this regard)

I personally play NC, but I used to play TR and still do occasionally.

yeah most of it i did not say i was in hurry i am not TR fanboy about a adult almost btw back to it not TR fanguy but i also play on VS because i wanna kill and not just this i wanna get to higher rank but on TR i also saw something different than on VS there was about 200 soldiers in line entering galaxies and stuff probably a huge outfit attack or meeting i dunno but this has nothing to do with it really the training is best for repeating and getting yourself more skill of handling your weapon and stuff learn weakness these things but just dont forget each faction is good at something and bad at something..

I read the lore of the three factions, and I decided I liked the TR best, so I chose them.

VS has the best voice packs.
NC has the best freedom.

Well the TR are like the evil Roman Empire trying to conqure all & rule over everyone. They "claim" they're trying to reunite the waring factions & end the war... Pfft. That's BS! They want the war to end alright... So they can throw their authoritarian rule over everyone.

On a more serious note, you gots to know the back story man. It helps make your decision.

The TR weapons & vehicles are low damge, but high ROF. More rounds down range make up for the lack of stopping power. They're also the most modern military faction of the 3.

The NC weapons & vehicls are slow, but pack a MASSIVE punch. Slow firing weapons that do a lot of damage & the most heavily armored vehicles of all 3 factions.

The VS is the middle ground. With the TR having Speed & the NC having power, the VS have both speed & power, hower both atributes are lower than the one the other factions have. That being said, the VS has an advantage over both factions. When they're fighting the TR, they have more power, when fighting the NC, they have more speed. Just balances everything out.

the only good guys actually fighting vanu are mostly Terrans but conglomerate is hiding in their warpgate actually Vanu are nazis for us now cuz they want all for just themselves hope there is any way we can unite a server so 2 factions fight for each other and cooperate in destroying vanu lol

The Vanu aren't really "bad guys" by themselves. They are basically glorified Transhumanists with extremely advanced alien technology.
Their bad side is that they have a crazy cult mentality of forcing everyone else into doing that. Instead of having a white vs black morality as a lot of games do, PSII actually does a reasonably good job of making everything pretty grey vs gray vs grey. The TR strive for unity between all humans, but do so with somewhat ruthless *cough* authoritanianist *cough* methods. NC are freedom fighters fighting for every man's right to be free... while serving as a front for oligarchic enterprises. Oh, and there is all that "terrorist methods" stuff.
