Method (A) DID work for me
You're gonna have to edit your page file. People have done testing, and even on the lower amounts of ram (such as; 16GB) you'll need to edit the value of maximum size to 64 GB of ram, and the initial size to 32GB.
Here's a video on how to do that; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=beHDr6OFjlw
Method (B) DID NOT work for me (I tried this one first, though I still have it active and yet to revert. so you might want to consider that)
Turned off Virtualization in bios. For MSI it's called SVM in the OC settings.
Turned off SysMain. (Press the Windows Key + R and type in services.msc. Disable - Locate and doubleclick on SysMain. Click on Stop and change the Startup type to Disabled. Enable - Locate and doubleclick on SysMain. change the Startup type to Disabled and click on Start.)
Setup auto clear ram cache https://youtu.be/b57RjPPVVvY?si=WR8uwnxav_GH1HjS
I also removed CPU OC (don't know if it's matters or not)
Set core affinity for Planetside.exe all cores except 1 and 2 via program System explorer v.7
^(Pretty sure you can just use taskmanager here, though I tried system explorer; which didn't help)
