Miller server need help

Hello, there are issues on the Miller server, Alerts aren't launching, and the entire server has been stuck on one continent since the 4th of May. We need help.
These mountains and Magriders flying around them will haunt me in nightmares for the whole month. We urgently need Alerts and a map change. Please help.

Good morning. I agree, there are indeed problems on the Miller server. For a few days now, the map hasn't been changed, which is why there are almost no people on the server

How is this the first post about it and how is there no sign from the devs? It's seems so easy to fix. And hasn't it been since the update on April 29?
