Can't create a Planetside or a Daybreak account

I'll get right to the point. I have tried to create an account with Planetside and with Daybreak but when I put in all of my information and click 'Play Free' it tells me "We're sorry, but you are unable to sign up for a Daybreak Account at this time". Nothing I have found on the internet or on forums have helped me, and I haven't done anything to have been banned. I really want to play this game, but I can't seem to fix it. Any thoughts?

Sorry, I Meant Planetside 2, But yes, I tried making a Daybreak account but I haven't tried a different Daybreak game.

Have you tried making the account on their website? Or from a different Device?

Some people in the past reported that they couldn't make the accounts on their Desktop but could do so on their smartphone.. which usually indicated a proxyserver thing or VPN being used, like university network and whatnot.

Go to your broswer settings > Advanced settings > Configuration or proxy settings > Turn off VPN or make sure that you are using a non restricted connection.

Thank you all so much. I tried to "turn off" my proxy or VPN to no avail, but when I used Internet Explorer instead of Chrome it worked just fine. I can't believe I hadn't thought of that before. Again thank you all.

we have to wait for the game to have server problems so we couldn't create new characters on the cobalt server and so we don't even know why
