This suggests you are either deliberately using a VPN or you are suffering from Malware that VPN's your traffic. Alternatively, something has been messing with your windows settings, such as faulty installations.. or you updating to different versions.. or running multiple windows OS on your systems.
If you are certain its not VPN and malware and have tried it again in say... an hour or two, the internet has several websites, including microsofts own how to troubleshoot the Error 10060 as its a Winsocket problem.
One possible website:

(Btw Ishan, I saw the post calling you out as a troll or whatever but I just want to say that is seriosly wrong, you and elemantal are so nice to help me out I can't understand how someone can accuse you of hacking and stuff!)
VPN refers to Virtual Private Network in general, but in this specific case an Anominizer like TOR Network. Basically the use of a Proxy Server to access the internet.
Could it be that you are maybe accessing the internet through a campus/university network or something?
Its been going on for months now. I can only suggest to simply try to ignore it and best not to get involved in it. I am doing my best to do the same, and let people make their own opinion about me. :)
Admittedly, that is not that easy to always stay away from it when your name constantly gets dragged through the mud.
My internet is private and paid for so I believe it isn't a proxy.
Also I do have log-me in hamatchi but that is just because sometimes people tell me to use it for terraria servers for example, could this be a problem?
Anyway thanks for the help and I will report back!
I can't thank you guys enough, can't wait to play with my freind today, thanks!
