Unable to Purchase "Get Daybreak Cash" in game (DEPOT)

I was unable to purchase daybreak cash using my steam wallet already in a month and I really don't know what to do. I already sent a support ticket but their only response is to wait to be resolved in this rare error that I encountered.


"It appears that an error is occurred while we were processing your purchase. Please try again. If you continue to encounter this error please we will be happy to offer assistance at help daybreakgames.com/."

I don't have paypal, credit card and etc, I only use steam wallet, anyone knows how to fix this? I really want to buy skins, guns and etc

I had the same error, it was because the currency I use does not match the country I am in according to my account information. If that's what's the case here it's an easy fix for DB. Sounds like you'll just have to wait for them to get back to you.

One thing you can try if you have another DB game installed on Steam, is to see if you can purchase DBC through the other game.

All DBC is account based, so it doesn't matter which game you add the funds on. Games that you can attempt to try adding DBC (through Steam of course) include, DCUO, H1Z1, Landmark, Everquest and Everquest 2.

Some people have had problems buying Station Cash (and later DBC) when in PS2 since it was first released. The issue can be similar to what Khan had, or it could just be an issue specific to PS2. In the latter the 'buy funds through another game' trick tends to work. I had to do it once around PS2s release, I added funds while in DCUO in that case, thankfully I haven't had any issues since then.

What can also help is buying an item from the depot directly and then choosing to add DBC when it prompts you rather than purchasing DBC outright; still the only way I'm able to add DBC even after the fix to my account.

I started playing this game since 2012 using my previous account and I didn't experience any kind of issues and/or problem in buying station cash (Daybreak Cash). This year I reinstalled this game again and created a new account but still the same yahoomail address then right now I encountered for the first time this damn errors,... :( I really hope they reply soon, I'm tired of waiting :(
