How are you supposed to get 45,000 ISO-4

play, maybe open some implant packs, those can drop the unique ones, tho be warned, implants are mostly cert/iso sink for people who have nothing better to invest in (since they most likely got/upgraded all the things they wanted)

Get the actually useful implants first because all 45k implants are an extremely situational gimmick. After that, just stick to playing whatever alert you can because daily missions for some reason think 100 ISO is equal to 200 certs.

If you want to be a criminal, you can always just AFK alerts. The game's AFK booting is extremely generous, just tab in every 10 minutes and click something. No participation is required to be paid after an alert ends : )

Use the ISO recycler. I did a batch of three and got Carapace and Experimental Stims.

I have nearly everything unlocked in this game. I think I bought Implants for 3k zerts and unlocked some while playing and I only unlocked 20 from 42. If you want a special one, just give up. You will waste your zerts/money.
Just get the normal implants with missions or something. Buying them is only good if you have nothing else left.
