How to get implants?

Hello. Sry for english. How can i get an implants? I mean, after completed several INFANTRY achievements, each class and EXCEPTIONAL II (i guess) category, u will recieved a box of implants. Like 5 - 6 in the end. And some of these have a duplicates as well. So now, i have 5 - 6 implants. How can i farm them. With level? Drop like earlier? 2018-2019? Or i can only keep farming level, get a GREEN value(ISO i believe) and try to CRAFT them. Its very expensive you know, too expensive maybe.

You can buy implant packs with cert points. Packs contain random implants with a chance for "exceptional" implants. Otherwise you can craft the one you specifically want with ISO-4.

There is also a chance for daily mission to give you an implant as reward.
So far i have only seen common and rare implant as mission rewards though. No exeptionals.
The Mission shows you what implant you will get for completion, so you can see if it's worth it.

If you don't have many implants, I would recommend buying implant packs (the largest one is the best value) and saving your iso-4. Straight up crafting an implant with iso-4 is really expensive. Certs are generally easier to get, so buying packs till you get most of the implants is pretty good (duplicates can be broken down for iso-4). Use your iso-4 then for upgrading your favorite ones.
