Masamune is a great companion to it, laser guided rockets for long range, great vs. larger ground game and maxes, and the scatter dumb fire shot is also a great way to enter a room.
If you only engage infantry / MAXes at very close range, then the Masamune does everything the Decimator does, but better. If you're engaging from further away, the job can be done better by other launchers.
It's a tradeoff. Make your own informed decision.
I'm not sure if it was all six missiles firing in one launch, more like a semi-auto missile launcher, but I'm talking about probably 1 per second or so, maybe 2 per second.
Anyway, I'll keep in mind the Masamune, as the idea of a laser guided missile that also can dumbfire up close, seems to fit the bill as an upgrade. Ease of use is important. I'll have to try it on trial as well.
Thanks for the info to all.
