Getting refund from subscribing membership.

I forgot to cancel the auto-renew membership last month, DBG charged me $20 and I mailed them for a refund, they cancelled my membership but didnt return my money wtf.

Indeed I love this game, but I need to do something to their actions, like losing a player or something.

I never had any bad experience with Daybreak. And the main reason why PS2 is losing more players than it gains isnt DayBreak for the most part. Its the lack of advertisement that the game ever had. Which started with Sony.

But without Daybreak PS2 would have legit died (no servers, nothing) when SOE was closed for good.


Also when did they cancel your membership? Refunding money can take a while for ANY!!!!!!! compay or service. Depending on how they handle their money.
E.g. it takes valve a full month to send you your money outside of steamwallet stuff, my own bank tankes 2 weeks to react to things and other companies like Paypal up to a week.

OK I guess I will accept my fate now. Yesterday my friend told me he got charged by the membership for half year without playing the game, and he was not able to get the refund. And today my email just confirmed it, this is originally what they say "Unfortunately we are not able to refund Steam purchases. I do apologize for the inconvenience but I can see that you have now canceled your membership so rest assured it will not charge again. Thank you for your patience and have a wonderful new year." It's funny because they blame it on steam purchase while steam says I have to email the company for in-game purchase. The easiest way to keep players IMOP is to add new stuff more frequently, however from 2019 April to December the only, really new thing they added was the NS MAX, others? Not really. I really wish the game dies now just because how stupid decisions they've made, and I am not having a happy new year because of BDG, ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

LOL u will never get a refund for a recurring subscription. Don't feel too bad. My mate left his Matrix Online sub going for 6 months accidentally as his Dad was paying and assumed he was playing.

you realise DBG is a PUBLISHER not a dev team right? they jsut absorbed the devs behind Ps2 that were left when sony sold the game off.
