American servers are located in America.
Information takes time to travel trough the world.
The closer you are from a server the less time this information will take to travel (less ping).
You are closer to the US servers than the Asian servers. This is not rocket science here.

Normaly no there isn't any discrimination against asian servers but i could be wrong in the way the US server is better equiped than the Asian one.
I any case yea it must suck. Having a 1s ping render most multiplayer game unplayable.
Does it happen with other games too ? (I assume not or else you wouldn't have started this post in the first place).
I can't help you but I can recommand you to contact the support to try if they can propose a solution to your problem.

We have similar problems in the US. They are caused by incompetent Government Agencies which can't figure out simple patterns. They force companies like Sony and DBG to put backdoors and packet siphons in their products. When those features don't work [because the Government weens are bad at patterns] they do things like re-routing your packets.
Your Government is worse than mine, less competent, more aggressive. And that is saying a lot, because in my experience we haven't set the bar very high ourselves.
How long have you been having this problem for? Ive played on soltech for two years maybe and it happens often like maybe once every 3-6 months, you will get a period of 3-6 days of logging in and getting kicked.
It should automatically smooth out in a couple of days, im not sure what the problem is it might be the weather or something, or require perodic maintance. But the problem isnt long term, if it is then its probably something on your side, just wait a few days should work.
I periodically get lag spikes that creep up from 1k to 2k or 4k before I inevitably get disconnected. That is their servers taking a sh&&
