How to earn quick certs and get knife kills?

How do I earn like 1000 certs quickly? Also how do I get knife kills? Whenever I try it seems like I do 0 damage.

takes 2 hits of the default knife to kill, or 3 hits on a heavy assault who has their active shield turned on. The knife swings pretty quick but has a short range. Try to use a light assault or an infiltrator to sneak up behind people.

There is a special one hit kill knife, on each faction it has a diffrent name cost 1000 certs.

You can use an ant and collect cortium and fill up a silo is one of the fastest ways. Another would be a medic.

1. Be a medic or engi(preferably medic) and keep supporting people, that's among the fastest way to earn certs without actually killing people.
2. Use Ripper(TR)/Carver(NC)/Lumine Edge(VS). You can 'activate' those melee weapon, giving them 1050 max damage.

One of the types of gameplay in Planetside is the ability to create your own base by using the vehicle called the ANT to harvest large orange crystals growing out the ground and using the resources you gather to create a new base. You can place buildings wherever you want and they can do lots of different things like create artillery strikes elsewhere on the map, or spawn vehicles for people.

Be warned, it costs a lot of certs to unlock new building blueprints. Once you spend the certs once you can place them forever, but it is very expensive.

You get rewarded certs and EXP just for harvesting the orange cortium crystals. Some people say it's an easy way to get certs, but it's not that much faster than other methods and most people consider it very boring.

The tried and tested method of earning easy certs that's most people's favourite grind is to play a medic and just go to a big battle and revive / heal everyone you can see.

If you have your knife wielded already then it does more damage than a quick attack.

Best way to get knife kills is use Stalker infiltrator with something to boost your run speed. Run up behind unawares players. It only requires patience but very little skill.
