Miller or Cobalt?

So far i am TR on Miler but i am thinking about switching to VR on Cobalt.So what are the differences and should i?

Sorry but its imposible for me on Connery i get like 180 ping.
I guess Miller and Cobalt are my only two options and i cant decide which one.

that doesnt stop the koreans and chinese outfits that plague the servers at night with their BS lag (a lot of things are client side so, if anything, lag HELPS)

Yeee i kinda like good teamplay.That whole squad/platoon and outfit stuff.
Just wondering what faction is better and server for it cause i really know only about
Miller TR and i got impression that mostly it is about mindless zerg but correct me if i am wrong

So instead of having laggy koreans/chinese, you instead want to invite laggy europeans to Connery? that doesnt make sense
