NC Shotguns, instant death, TR Rapid fire, Instant death... Vanu weapons? low damage, but no bullet drop.
People who generally complain about the TTK are the ones who do not use the weapons properly ala ROCKET LAUNCHER Only users, MAX Anti Tank / Bursters, or my personal favorite... the Silencer users (ballstic velocity means Damage as well).
Man the Silencer. It like walking into a gas station bathroom and complaining to the manager that the sandwich you bought from the machine wasn't small enough.
But I still get salty from NC Shotguns tho.
1) This isn't like other shooters where things are A LOT less chaotic.
2) You are literally getting shot from every direction by more than 1 person constantly.
3) Your armour and helmet acts like paper in the future and nanite technology apparently can't help you. :(
4) Your armour and overshield do not mitigate damage like other games. Only Heavy Assault gets this option and even then its "meh" in the large scheme of things. This is why we have MAX crashes still... One on one, Heavies win because of their overshield. But that's about it.
5) Latency and server connection issues.
6) 100+ vs 100+ fights cause major rendering issues and impossible to tell what's hitting you and you can only see 10 meters in front of you.
So ya... People can go on and on about what the correct amount of bullets to kill someone is... but PS2 has too many problems to solve all at once. Mainly the base and spawn designs on top of the huge maps and terrible lattice system. Its constantly a meat grinder with big zergs and getting shelled and shot from every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ direction.
Its cancer.
HE tanks are still the best thing to play aside from maybe Air with AI nose guns.
