anyway. depends on what you like to do and the level of those implants.
Ammo printer is a great choice, running a blackhand side arm you can pick people off from the most random places quite well, and as said before it keeps you goin.
Health regen, i dont use this one myself, but i play light assault more as a suicide tactic to demo vehicles. for infantry fights though i coudl see this being useful.
Sensor shield, this is a nice one as you wont show up on minimap radar within a certain distance. effectively you can get behind a line and do some real damage if you know what your doing.
Assimilate, this one restores shield on headshot kills, doesnt seem like much but think of it as a skill based health regen. health regen wont help much in the midst of a fire fight, but killing people with assimilate will do wonders.
and of course there is always the Aireal assault light assault specific one. i dont use it much, but i love using ambusher jump jets, my implant is only level 3 so it would gain 0 benefit from it. but for say, traveling a long distance and killing people along the way, its a great way to get jetpack fuel back in a hurry. maxed out at level 5, killing someone results in ambusher being fully recharged. this can be abused if done right. but its very situation and another implant thats only as strong as your skill with the class and its weapon selection.
that is my 2 cents.
Catlike because it help u on every jump to gain extra little bit of distance when jetpacking.
And Minor Cloak to become stealth when ambushing people on heights wich are higher than people expect people could reach with Catlike.
exceptionals its pretty obvious which ones are good to use with some classes. in that case, minor cloak, would be excellent on a light assault. i've even seen some heavies use it while on guard duty on the point. not very often though.
When you run Ambusher jumpjets consider using max level Aerial combatant for the ultimate cheesy hit and run tactic.
i use catlike and sensor shield.
Btw silencer can be handy
