its truely worth it if you got a platoon to run with every day thats coordinated. otherwise the benefit is literally a gun or two each month your subbed.
They are kind fun but offer nothing new to veterans to the game
The membership is worth it if you play regularly, and especially worth it if you intend to play all three factions - just log in on all of your chars once a day.
I'm an old player that recently came back for the DX11 update.
I'm beginning to question why I have it.
Cert refund is bugged. Stuff I paid for is bugged or missing.
The parent company could care less about us. Only a couple guys are working on this game.
They're giving us the middle finger by putting funds into another "me too" Battle Royal which they boast about having MORE features than PS2
The only thread that keeps me in membership at this moment is that I also play DC Universe.
If it was just this game, or DC Universe, I wouldn't bother. Just isn't enough there.
If you want to support the game and dev's the membership or db cash is there. I have spent about $40 on this game and played going on 300hrs. The update is great, thousands of people are playing, servers are tanking. So they may use that money to buy new servers. Because I was on my server with 33 ping and 70-100 server latency. The lag was pretty bad and the servers crashed 3 times while I was playing today.
The new robots look cool and that's about it. Good idea for balancing populations, not a lot there for a membership only faction.
If you don't play the game often, like only a couple times in a week, if at all, then no. If you're not actively using it, and gaining the benefits of it, then it would be more cost effective, for you, to avoid it.
But it all depends on what you like and put worth in. Me thinking it is not a bad deal because I actively enjoy 3 MMORPGS with one membership doesn't mean you will like it.
In this game it'll give you a xp boost + resource boost, monthly double xp events, which does boost your cert rate alot. Also monthly 500 Daybreak cash, which does amount up, with a few months giving enough to dress up your character or vehicle to hearths content. Also the membership gives 10% off on all items in shop that cost DBC.
Also a small cert handout daily, not much worth for a veteran player, but as a beginner, it'll help a bit.
Recently giving also acces to an extra faction that helps the underdogs (kinda ment as elites, thus)
Better to just use a standard currency and let the banks decide its value. It doesn't matter what currency you use it will still cost the same.
IMO premium is rly only useful if you want to powerfarm certs or something or play the new android mercs.
