that or you need to get the LSD out of your liquid cooling system
so basic fix rundown:
verify files
run system file checker for windows
wipe and clean install drivers, current version is fine if you happy with em, but newer or older ones might work better for the purposes of fixing the issue.
run as few other things as possible in the background.
if issue still persists i can only assume one of these operations has either not done what it was supposed to or you've got something else going on wrong in the hardware your using.
This game has so many issues - Anyone of them can become an issue for you. I have had to do clean installs and even formates to get PS2 working as it should at times.
and what is the file checker I couldn't find any program like that on my computer. But I did what I could do and that was verify the game files.
but the problem starts to go away as I go up in graphics quality but it still happens at the highest settings.
system file checker:
the fastest way to do this is to open CMD.exe using the run function or cortana. you must do this as admin and run the program as admin
type into the command prompt window: sfc /scannow
this will check all important windows system files with the online database and see if any are corrupt or not matching and reacquire them as needed. once thats done if it did indeed get new files, reboot computer.
For Drivers:
this is your graphics driver software that runs your GPU on your PC. periodically they should be updated. typically i dont update mine very often unless i got a brand new game or start encountering issues i otherwise cannot find a solution for. since PS2 made the move to DX11, its possible newer drivers may be needed which you can find at the manufactures website or through their software for managing drivers.
also might be worth posting your specs, im sure you up to spec for the game (its hard not to be) but it'll help with fix suggestions and leading you to the right places.
