LaunchPad unable to connect. (4-0/4-503 Error)

Hey as the title says, i can´t connect to the servers even when they are online. Can someone help me.
Getting allways the same 2 Errors that the LaunchPad is unable to connect and that i should check my networt connection.
I even reinstalled the game and stil no results.
