There is no more Planetside 1. It was shut off a year ago.

Currently there are some people working on a fan version similar to StarWars Galaxies, but i don't think they are at a playable state right now, but i also haven't paid attention to its development.

I believe the restoration project is housed over at PSforever.

Correct, PSForever is in a semi playable state already, http://psforever.net/ is the website and they also have a Discord server.
