Not so good points; If you're going 1v1 with some one and you don't have the drop on them you really have to get those headshots to win, and while it can be adapted to do most things if you're looking to do one particular thing offen enough most factions will have another gun that does that one thing better.
I don't dislike this gun, it's still fun to use and not an outright pain in the @$$ to kill with (yes I'm looking at you PDW!). While all guns in the game have some 'give and take' to how you want to use them to how they want to work (respectively), this ones a lot more give than take.
That goes for the NS-11A, NS-11C and NS-15M2, all fill a similar role. Watch Wrel's review to see it balanced out imo. But generally those weapons are just accurate, easy to handle and have quick reloads.
Short answer long: absolutely
Very nice gun to have regardless of your faction. Can be tuned to long-range fights or close-mid fights thanks to wide range of attachments.
Laser-pointer accuracy with proper trigger control.
Reward accurate aiming and head hunting.
Downside: if your aiming is sub-par and you can't hit the enemy heads, you'll suffer from the low TTK. If you are accurate though, this thing WILL SHOOT where you are aiming.
Me using it in an open fight with long-range setup:
