Can someone explain how checkpoints work. Sometimes when I die after passing a checkpoint I will still go back to the start of the level instead of the checkpoint. Other times I go to the checkpoint. I can't figure out why I don't just always start back at the checkpoint....

I LOVED Runner 2. Runner 1, which I am currently playing, is alright (not too great, but not too shabby either). Any chance of a Runner 3?

According to the steam store pages, I own the soundtrack DLC, and I've listened to it tons of times in the past on steam, but filtering my library to show soundtracks, this one is missing.

After beating the game, it says "to be continued". Does it imply a Runner 3?
