The last achievement not working (Perfectionnist)... It's a bug ? I miss something ?

I have been filling out the tower but now blocked at the top where there is a "bat symbol" with the number 1?

I have now completed the game completely and all but the A Space Odissey are successful. According to the game, but there is also no cat left over all stands 100% or a 0. both Repairing or reinstalling game has not helped.

I played a couple of time without this bug, only today it started appearing. I can use it once, it starts recharging, and when recharged, it disappears. I'm almost 100% the game at this point, only a couple of hidden cats left in a couple of eras

I had it zoomed in and was grabbing the scene to move around, then suddenly I couldn't move the scene at all, not grabbing or with arrows. I tried to find "Menu" to close out and restart but ending up having to use Task Manager to force stop the game. Maybe a bug?...
